Questions and answers

Is this heater worth $54.99?
At $54.99 at Target as of November 5, 2026, it is a typical price for a 1,500W remote-controlled ceramic heater. With only one store listing it new, you won't find a lower new price to compare against right now.
How much space will it actually heat?
The rated range is 100 to 300 sq ft, which fits a bedroom, office or small den. Radiant heat is directional, so it warms best when aimed at where you sit rather than the whole room.
Can I run it on a normal outlet?
Yes, but at 1,500 watts it pulls about 12.5 amps. Keep it on a dedicated 15-amp circuit and avoid sharing the outlet with other high-draw appliances.
Does it have a thermostat and timer?
It has five settings, and the remote lets you change them without getting up. Check the unit's display for the exact thermostat and timer modes before buying.
What comes in the box?
You get the heater and the remote, with no assembly required. Batteries for the remote are not listed, so plan to supply them.
When is the price lowest?
Small heaters usually dip during fall promotions and after the holidays. With one store listing it, watch Target's price history for the best window.
Where is the R.W.FLAME 1500W Portable Ceramic Space Heater with Remote cheapest?
At Target, for $54.99, as of our latest check.
