Our take on the Wayfair Sleep Zero Gravity Adjustable Bed with Wireless Remote

The Wayfair Sleep Zero Gravity Adjustable Bed is an upholstered metal-frame adjustable base in queen size, sold with a wireless remote. It raises the head and foot sections and has a zero-gravity preset that tilts the body back to take pressure off the lower back. At $409.99 at Wayfair as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of what queen adjustable bases cost, well under the $800 to $1,500 typical of motorized bases from specialty brands. It is a base only; the mattress is sold separately.

Best forShoppers who want an adjustable base without a premium pricePeople with reflux, back pain or poor circulation who sleep better elevatedCouples who read or watch TV in bedAnyone who wants a zero-gravity preset without buying a full smart bed

Questions and answers

Is the Wayfair Sleep Zero Gravity Adjustable Bed worth it?
At $409.99 for a queen, it is one of the cheaper motorized adjustable bases you can buy. If you mainly want head and foot elevation plus a zero-gravity preset, it covers that. Skip it if you need app control, memory presets or a split king.
Does it come with a mattress?
No. This listing is the adjustable base only. You supply a queen mattress, and most foam and hybrid mattresses work with it.
What mattresses work with an adjustable base?
Flexible foam, latex and hybrid mattresses bend fine. Traditional innerspring mattresses with a rigid border coil unit can be damaged by repeated bending, so check the mattress warranty first.
How does the zero-gravity position work?
One button raises the head and foot sections into a reclined position that distributes weight along the back. You can also adjust the head and foot separately with the wireless remote.
Does it need to be plugged in, and does the remote use batteries?
Yes, the frame plugs into a wall outlet to power the motors. The wireless remote runs on batteries, so keep spares on hand.
When is the best time to buy it?
Wayfair discounts adjustable bases around major sale events such as Black Friday, Presidents' Day and Memorial Day. The current best price is $409.99 at Wayfair as of November 4, 2026.
Where is the Wayfair Sleep Zero Gravity Adjustable Bed with Wireless Remote cheapest?
