Will this cab fit my Ariens snow blower?

It fits select Ariens COMPACT, CLASSIC, DELUXE, PLATINUM, PROFESSIONAL and POWER BRUSH two-stage models. Check your model against the 721047 compatibility list before ordering, since it does not fit every Sno-Thro.

Do I need extra parts to install it?

Yes. The 72103800 trigger adapter kit is required and is not included. Ariens also recommends the 72406500 weight kit, which adds cost on top of the cab.

At $232.00 at Russo Power Equipment as of November 3, 2026, it is the lowest of five new listings. It makes sense if you clear snow in open, windy areas and already own a compatible Ariens; otherwise the adapter and weight kit push the total higher.

Can I take the cab off easily?

Yes. The quick-release design lets you remove the cab for storage or warm-weather months without tools-heavy disassembly.

Does it replace an older Ariens cab?

Yes. Part 721047 replaces the earlier 72103300 cab.

Snow cab prices tend to be lowest in spring and summer, before the pre-season rush. Compare the five new listings rather than buying at the first price you see.

Our take on the Ariens Premium Snow Cab Two-Stage 721047

The Ariens Premium Snow Cab 721047 is a fabric-and-steel enclosure that mounts on select Ariens two-stage Sno-Thro models to block wind and blowing snow while you clear a driveway. It uses freeze-resistant, anti-glare windows and a powder-coated steel base frame, and the quick-release design lets you pull the cab off for storage. It replaces part 72103300 and fits COMPACT, CLASSIC, DELUXE, PLATINUM, PROFESSIONAL and POWER BRUSH machines, but needs the 72103800 trigger adapter kit to install. At $232.00 at Russo Power Equipment as of November 3, 2026, it sits at the low end of the five-store new-price spread.
