Is the Greenwich Estates Pine worth it?

If you want a small, realistic prelit tree and value Balsam Hill's foliage, yes. If you just need a cheap 5-foot tree, mass-market options cost far less.

How does it compare with Balsam Hill's other 5-foot trees?

The Greenwich Estates uses a mixed True Needle and Classic Needle build and 200 LEDs. Other 5-foot Balsam Hill trees differ mainly in needle style, light count and shape, so compare those figures before choosing.

Can it be used outdoors?

Only in covered outdoor areas. It is plug-in and not built for rain or direct exposure, so keep it under a porch roof or awning.

How many lights does it have?

200 warm white LEDs on a plug-in cord. That is on the lower side for a 36-inch-wide tree, so expect a softer glow rather than a dense blaze.

The tree sections, the prelit branches and a stand. Check the listing for the exact stand type and storage bag inclusion before ordering.

Artificial trees usually discount most in late November and right after Christmas. Its current best price is mid-range, so a deeper cut is most likely during holiday sales.

Our take on the Balsam Hill Greenwich Estates Pine Artificial Christmas Tree

The Balsam Hill Greenwich Estates Pine is a 5-foot prelit artificial Christmas tree with 200 warm white LED lights and a mix of True Needle and Classic Needle foliage. At 36 inches wide it suits small rooms, entryways and covered porches, and it can be staked into a lawn or set in a decorative planter. It is a plug-in tree, so it needs an outlet nearby. Its latest best price sits in the middle of its recent range, so there is no strong reason to wait for a deeper cut.
