Is the Encore ESP Pro worth it over the standard Encore ESP?

The Pro adds a refined espresso workflow and dual-range adjustment aimed at people dialing in espresso regularly. If you mostly brew drip or pour-over, the standard ESP covers those needs for less.

Can it grind for pour-over and drip as well as espresso?

Yes. The dual-range adjustment pairs espresso micro steps with a full range for brewed coffee, so one grinder covers both.

How much coffee does the hopper hold?

About 10 ounces (300 grams) of beans, which suits a week or so of daily espresso for most households.

What burrs and motor does it use?

40mm hardened alloy steel M2 conical burrs driven by a high-torque DC motor at roughly 550 RPM.

How big is it on the counter?

It measures 4.7 inches wide, 6.3 inches deep and 15.1 inches tall, and weighs about 8.5 pounds.
