How do I pick the right size?

Measure around the leg at the point just below the kneecap. S covers 29–32, M 32–37, L 37–42 and XL 42–48 in the listed units. When between sizes, go with the tighter fit for pressure.

Is it better than a full knee sleeve?

A strap gives focused pressure on the patellar tendon with less bulk and heat. A sleeve offers broader support and compression around the whole joint. For isolated tendon pain, many runners prefer the strap.

Can I wear it on either knee?

Yes. The strap is not side-specific, so it fits the left or right knee the same way.

How should I wash it?

It is washable; hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry to protect the pads and elastic.
