Is the Dual Action Knee Strap better than a single patellar strap?

It covers above and below the kneecap, which suits pain on both sides of the patellar tendon. A single strap is quicker to put on if your pain is in one spot.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure around the knee as Cho-Pat directs and pick the size that matches. A snug fit is needed for compression, so size up only if you are between sizes.

Can I wear it on either knee?

Yes. The strap is unisex and fits the left or right knee.

How should I wash it?

Hand wash in cold water and air dry to protect the neoprene and hook-and-loop closure. Machine washing is listed but shortens the strap's life.
