Is the Bracoo knee pad worth it?

At $11.35 at eBay as of November 7, 2026, it is a cheap way to try patellar tendon support before spending on a pricier brace. It suits mild pain and light support, not serious instability.

What size knee does it fit?

One size fits knees 12.5 to 18 inches in circumference. Measure around the affected area, just below the kneecap, before ordering.

How do I wear a patellar pad?

The pad sits just below the kneecap over the patellar tendon, with the straps tightened above and below the knee. Tighten until you feel firm compression, not pinching.

Can I wear it during sports?

Yes. It is made for moderate to high-impact activity such as running, jumping and lifting. Neoprene will get warm and sweaty, so take it off after training.

Hand wash only, then air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, which can damage the neoprene and straps.

Does it come as a pair?

No. The count is one strap per pack, so order two if you want support on both knees.
