Is the Gardena 50-Foot Wall-Mounted Hose Reel worth it?

It is a reasonable buy if you want a fixed 50-foot hose with kink resistance and flow control and you have a solid wall to mount it on. At $129.99 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, it is the lowest new price among the 3 stores listed.

How does it compare with a freestanding hose cart?

A wall-mounted reel keeps the hose off the ground and out of the way, but it stays where you install it. A cart rolls around the yard but takes up floor space and can tip.

What is included in the box?

The listing describes one piece: the wall-mounted hose box with its 50-foot hose. Check the box contents for mounting hardware before you plan the install.

Can I use it with a pressure washer?

No. It is built for garden watering, and the adjustable flow control and polypropylene body are not rated for pressure-washer output.

When is the price likely to be lowest?

Garden equipment usually drops in late fall and winter, outside the spring watering season. Track the price history to see whether $129.99 is below its usual level.
