Questions and answers

Is the GroovyPets 650 Yard collar worth it?
It is a low-cost way to get remote and automatic bark modes in one collar with a long 650-yard range. If you need proven reliability or waterproofing, spend more on a name-brand trainer.
Does it have a shock mode or only vibration?
The listing names it a shock collar with a vibration training type, so expect both static stimulation and vibration. Confirm the exact modes on the unit before relying on vibration alone.
Will it fit my dog?
The strap adjusts for necks from 6 to 24 inches, which covers most breeds. On toy breeds near the 6-inch minimum the receiver box may sit loosely.
Is it waterproof?
No waterproof rating is given. Keep it off the dog in rain and during swimming unless the packaging states otherwise.
What comes in the box?
Expect the collar with receiver, the handheld remote, a charging cable and the manual. A second collar is not included.
When is the price lowest?
Prices on training collars tend to dip during holiday sales and back-to-school pet promotions. Compare the current price with its price history on this page before buying.
