Questions and answers

Is this set worth it for a beginner?
Yes, if you want a range of light weights at home. The 3 to 12 pound pairs cover early strength work, and the rack keeps them together.
How heavy does the set go?
The heaviest pair is 12 pounds. That is light for experienced lifters, who will likely need heavier dumbbells for presses and rows.
What is included in the box?
Five pairs of neoprene dumbbells at 3, 5, 8, 10 and 12 pounds, plus the storage rack.
Is $176.99 a good price?
It is the best new price among the five stores listing it as of November 5, 2026. Compare per-pound cost against buying pairs separately before deciding.
Will the neoprene damage my floors?
The rubber coating is gentler than bare metal, but dropping weights can still mark floors. Set them down rather than dropping them.
