Our take on the homfan Kids Electric Drift Go Kart 24V with 2 Batteries

The homfan Kids Electric Drift Go Kart is a 24V ride-on go-kart in white, sold with two batteries so a child can keep driving while one pack charges. The 24V system and drift-style rear wheels put it above the 12V ride-ons most kids start on. At $253.99 at eBay as of November 3, 2026, it sits at the low end of what the 8 stores listing it new charge.

Best forKids around 6 to 12 who have outgrown a 12V ride-onFamilies with a flat driveway or smooth pavementParents who want a spare battery to cut charging waitsGift buyers wanting a drift-style kart without premium-brand pricing
Pros
  • 24V power gives more speed and torque than 12V karts
  • Two batteries included, so one can charge while the other runs
  • Drift-style rear wheels for sliding on smooth surfaces
  • Go-kart seating and steering feel more like driving than a sit-on car
  • White finish stands out from the usual red and black ride-ons
Cons
  • Drift wheels slide easily, so loose gravel and grass are poor surfaces
  • Two batteries mean two chargers or longer charge sessions to manage
  • Ride-on brands at this price often use plastic gears and thin tires that wear
  • No suspension or safety cage on most karts in this class
  • Real range per battery is short, typically well under an hour of hard use

Questions and answers

Is this worth it over a 12V go-kart?
Yes if your child is ready for more speed and you have smooth pavement. A 12V kart is slower and cheaper, and better for younger or cautious riders.
How fast does a 24V drift kart go?
Most 24V kids' karts top out around 8 to 12 mph depending on rider weight and surface. Expect the higher end on smooth, flat ground.
How long does each battery last?
Roughly 30 to 60 minutes of mixed riding per pack on most 24V karts. Hard drifting drains it faster, which is why the second battery helps.
What age is it for?
Generally about 6 to 12 years, within the weight limit printed on the kart. Younger kids should stick to 12V models with parental remote control.
Can it drive on grass or gravel?
It can, but drift-style rear wheels lose grip and the motor strains. It is built for pavement, driveways and other smooth, flat surfaces.
When is the price lowest?
Ride-on prices drop around Black Friday, pre-summer sales and end-of-season clearance. At $253.99 at eBay as of November 3, 2026, it is already near the bottom of its 8-store range.
Where is the homfan Kids Electric Drift Go Kart 24V with 2 Batteries cheapest?
At eBay, for $253.99, 80% off, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the homfan Kids Electric Drift Go Kart 24V with 2 Batteries?
12 stores we checked sell it, including Macy's, eBay, Wayfair, Lowe's, bigtoysgreencountry.com.
