Questions and answers

How often does it need emptying?
The 6 L bin holds several days of waste for one cat. Multi-cat homes will empty it more often.
Does it work for kittens or senior cats?
The 4.8-inch low entry helps small and older cats get in. Very small kittens may still need supervision until they are used to it.
Is it loud at night?
Meowant rates it at ≤40 dB, about the level of a quiet room. Most owners report the cycle is not disruptive.
Do I need special liners?
Yes, it uses litter box liners for the waste bin. Factor refills into the running cost.
Can I move it between rooms?
It weighs 28.7 lbs and runs on a power cable, so it is best left in one spot near an outlet.
What does the app track?
The smart features include health monitoring, so the app logs usage patterns you can review over time.
