Our take on the Pro Style Urethane Dumbbell Set 5-50 lb

This is a 10-pair commercial-style dumbbell set running from 5 to 50 lb in 5 lb jumps, with round urethane heads and a 6-inch straight handle that is 1 3/8 inches thick. Urethane resists scuffing and smell better than rubber, and the straight handle suits pressing and curling. Racks are not included. At $699 at Extreme Training Equipment as of November 5, 2026, it is the best new price among the 3 stores that list it, and it is a low entry point for a full urethane set.

Questions and answers

Is $699 a good price for this set?
It is the best new price among the 3 stores that list it as of November 5, 2026. Urethane sets usually cost more than rubber, so $699 for 10 pairs is on the low side.
Does the set include a rack?
No. The box contains the dumbbells only, and racks are sold separately.
What sizes are in the 5-50 lb set?
Ten pairs: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 lb.
How accurate are the weights?
The maker lists a tolerance of +/- 3%, so a 50 lb dumbbell can be off by about 1.5 lb.
Can I buy just one pair?
No. This model is sold in sets only; single pairs are not offered.
Will the urethane smell or mark my floor?
Urethane has less rubber odor than cheaper rubber and is less likely to leave marks, but round heads still roll, so use a rack or mat.
Where is the Pro Style Urethane Dumbbell Set 5-50 lb cheapest?
At Extreme Training Equipment, for $699.00, 49% off, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the Pro Style Urethane Dumbbell Set 5-50 lb?
