Is this futon comfortable to sleep on every night?

It is fine for occasional guests, not for nightly sleep. The pad is thin and the frame is firm, so most people add a mattress topper for regular use.

How big is it when folded flat?

It runs about 85 inches long when flat, close to a full-size bed in length. Measure your room before buying, since it needs clear floor space to open.

Does it come with the cushions?

Yes, the back cushions and seat cushion are included, and the cushions are removable. No mattress or pillows beyond the back cushions are included.

What is the weight limit?

The frame is rated to 710 lb, which is high for a futon of this size. That rating covers the frame, not just the seat.

Is the cover removable for washing?

The cushions are removable, but the corduroy covers are not designed for machine washing. Spot clean them and vacuum regularly instead.

When is the best time to buy it?

Futons like this usually drop during back-to-school and holiday sales. Track the price history and buy when it falls below its recent average.
