Is the Frisco Top Entry Cat Litter Box worth it?

At $30.99 at Chewy.com as of November 5, 2026, it is a cheap way to stop litter tracking. It suits able-bodied cats; skip it if your cat is old, small or has joint problems.

Will my cat use a top entry box?

Most healthy adult cats adapt within a week or two. Kittens, seniors and cats with arthritis may not manage the jump, so keep a low-entry box as an option.

How big is the interior?

The inside floor is about 18.5 x 10.5 inches, and the box stands 15.1 inches tall. That fits most large cats, but very long cats may still be cramped.

What comes in the box?

The litter box, its lid and a scoop. There is no filter, mat or liner included.

Scoop daily through the top opening. For a full wash, lift off the lid and scrub the base with mild soap and water.

Only Chewy.com lists a new price, $30.99 as of November 5, 2026, so there is no competing store to compare against. Watch for site-wide cat supply sales.

Our take on the Frisco Top Entry Cat Litter Box

The Frisco Top Entry Cat Litter Box is a large plastic box with a lid and a hole in the top, so cats jump in and out from above. The top entry keeps litter from being kicked out the front and hides the contents from view. It measures 23.2 x 15.4 x 15.1 inches outside with an 18.5 x 10.5 inch interior, and comes with a scoop. At $30.99 at Chewy.com as of November 5, 2026, it is the only new price listed and sits at the low end for a box this size.
